Jane Ashman Safeguarding

I am a passionate trainer and investigator, who truly does believe that children and adults should have the best opportunities available to them. I feel that by working with a variety of organisations, including schools, housing associations, local authorities, sports clubs, etc and increasing their knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, it can then empower them to know what to do to support the child or adult.

Throughout my career I have tried my hardest to put the child or adult’s needs at the centre of decision making. This requires involving them and hearing their voices. I do believe that by working together outcomes can change for people within our communities.
